In 1984, Kip Lyons started Noleema Services with a simple idea: turn up, do the job properly, and treat people right. What began as a small landscaping and maintenance operation grew into a trusted name across Melbourne's rail and transport infrastructure.
Kip built the business on relationships. He believed that if you did quality work and stood behind it, the rest would take care of itself. That approach earned Noleema a reputation that has endured for over 40 years.
After Kip's passing in 2022, the business passed to the next generation of the Lyons family. Today, Noleema Services delivers a broad range of specialist maintenance, construction and vegetation management services, continuing the standard Kip set from day one.
